Please support Fitness Industry Council of Canada by completing the membership agreement form below and FIC will ensure that you receive the latest information about our organization and issues affecting the Canadian health and fitness industry.
FIC is completely funded by memberships from club owners and suppliers. The minimum contribution for smaller clubs (less than 2,ooo members) is $500 dollars per year or $42 dollars a month per club. For larger fitness centres we ask for a membership contribution of .25 cents per member, per year.
Once FIC receives your agreement, our staff will forward you an invoice with our payment options as well as your online website access code.
